Used recently for my recent natural birth of my second baby boy. I hadn't heard/knew much about a TENS machine but I was the lucky winner to a competition that Glowing Birth ran. So I thought why not give it a go.So when my contractions began to get a bit stronger & more regular I thought let's work out how to put this thing on and give it a shot. To my surprise it was a strange tingling feeling which gave me some distraction and relief to help me work through my contractions.I ended up having the tens machine on right up to the point my baby was being born (however at this point I no longer felt the affects of the TENS machine)I am definitely recommending giving a TENS machine a go to all my pregnant ladies.It was awesome for natural pain relief!Terri was also so awesome to deal with and made it easy for me to pick up and drop off after birth.
