I work as a Registered Midwife in the West Auckland region and I not only recommend TENS machines to all my clients but I’ve also seen them work their magic on a range of mama’s in labour.

I’ve seen first time mums go through long labours using their TENS machine as their only form of pain relief and fourth time mums use them for their final baby and wish they knew about them sooner.

TENS Machines are wonderful if you’re planning to birth at home, birthing centre or hospital, you can use them in all environments.

You can use them on their own or in addition to other pain relief options.

The more tools you have in your labour and birth toolkit, the better! I highly recommend TENS!
