I've had pēpi- How to return the TENS

 

Congratulations mama!

I hope the birth went well and you are resting as much as you can. Enjoy snuggling your precious pēpi, they are only newborns for a few weeks!

It's now time to:

  • Wipe down the TENS
  • Throw away used TENS pads
  • Ensure the lead wires and Birth Comb is in the bag
  • Place TENS bag into the provided courier bag
  • Ask a friend or family member drop it at a NZ Post depot or drop off point to be returned.

Once we have received the TENS back, we'll check it, ensure everything is there and make the appropriate refund to you within 48hrs.
